We are seeking an Infrastructure or Network intern with computing and networking skills, to be responsible for support and maintenance of our internal IT infrastructure platforms. This is a technical, hands-on role. The candidate is expected to be well organized and excel both independently and in a team environment.
Responds to technical problems/issues related to hardware, software and networking via telephone and web platform.
Handle customer’s escalations, track them and follow up until resolution.
